All student versions of KeyShot work with both PC and Mac. You have options for a single-user KeyShot EDU license or a KeyShot EDU Lab Pack Floating license with KeyShotXR. All Education licenses contain KeyShot Pro features, including KeyShot Animation. All licenses are good for 365 days from the date of activation.

Are you eligible for a free upgrade?

All student/educational versions of KeyShot 9 are eligible for free upgrades. Your KeyShot 9 serial code may be used to activate KeyShot 10. Simply deactivate your license in KeyShot 9, download KeyShot 10, and activate KeyShot 10 with your serial code.

Note: KeyShot scenes created with an EDU version will not open in a commercial version.

Upgrades are available between major versions of KeyShot.

Currently, KeyShot 8 and 9 license owners can purchase upgrades to KeyShot 10.

Upgrades are also available to move to a version of KeyShot with more features, for example:

• KeyShot HD to Pro
• KeyShot HD to Pro Floating
• KeyShot Pro to Pro Floating or Enterprise, etc.

Minor releases are included with your purchase for the specific version of KeyShot that you purchased.

When you start KeyShot, you will be prompted to update, or you can check manually for updates via the Help menu (Windows) or KeyShot menu (Mac).

If you do not know your license code, you can login to see your past purchases.

Are you qualified for a free upgrade?
