Haven't played too much Dragon Age in a while, but hopefully this information is accurate. Choice of race and origin aren't make-or-break, but if interested in minmaxing, go with Dwarf Noble for the best bonus stats, innate magic resist, and free combat training. Itd be awesome if the assassin badge showed exactly how many games you have with 5 kills instead of 0-5, 5-15 badge upgrades. Just a little something for ease of knowing instead of guessing. Exploit Weakness (Assassin 2) adds bonus damage based on cunning, if you go rogue/assassin/bard, song of courage (bard 3) adds cunning-based bonus to attack/damage/crit chance. Also, some talents use cunning for success chance (your cunning vs. Enemy physical resistance).
